1. Package Collection Responsibility
Once an order has been delivered to the designated pick-up point, the customer is solely responsible for collecting the package within the timeframe specified by the carrier (generally 4 working days).
Failure to collect the package within this period will result in the shipment being automatically returned to the sender.
2. Return Shipping Costs
In the event of non-collection:
The return shipping costs and any additional costs incurred due to the return (including carrier or handling fees) will be charged to the customer.
An invoice will be issued accordingly.
3. Consequences of Non-Payment
In the event of late or non-payment of an issued invoice, the store reserves the right to:
1. Apply late payment interest in accordance with applicable commercial regulations.
2. Charge additional administrative or handling fees related to payment reminders and debt management.
3. Suspend or permanently refuse future orders from the customer.
4. Block or close the customer account, including refusal of new account registrations linked to the same individual or delivery details.
5. Offset the outstanding amount against any refunds, credits, or returns due to the customer.
6. Transfer the outstanding balance to a third-party debt recovery service or initiate appropriate legal recovery procedures, where deemed necessary.
These measures are cumulative and may be applied individually or jointly.
4. Shipping Method Selection and Force Majeure
Before shipment (or during checkout, depending on the platform used), the customer is asked to choose their preferred shipping method.
1. The customer has the duty to select a shipping method that is consistent with their ability to collect or receive the package.
2. By choosing a shipping method, the customer accepts responsibility for receiving the package through that method.
3. If the customer is unable to collect the package due to force majeure or exceptional circumstances, they must arrange for a trusted third party (friend, relative, or representative) to collect the package on their behalf.
4. Failure to do so will not exempt the customer from the charges described above.
8. Shipping Costs and Refunds
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the event of loss of the package during transit.
If a package is returned to the store due to non-collection or other reasons attributable to the customer, the customer will only be refunded the cost of the purchased item(s). Any shipping or return costs incurred in this process will not be reimbursed.
6. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted this policy, as well as the store’s general terms and conditions, and agrees to be bound by them.
