Every piece is professionally washed, sanitized, and carefully ironed to ensure freshness and cleanliness.

Secure Packaging:

Your order is then carefully placed in secure, protective, and neat packaging to ensure it travels safely to its new home and arrives as a pleasant surprise.

2. Order Processing Time

We commit to preparing and handing your parcel over to the carrier within 48 business hours (Monday to Friday) from payment confirmation. Orders placed during weekends or French public holidays will be processed starting from the next business day.

3. Shipment Tracking

Transparency is essential to us. Once your parcel has been shipped, you will immediately receive a “Shipping Confirmation” email containing your tracking number.

Using this number, you will be able to follow every step of your delivery in real time directly on the carrier’s website, until it reaches you.

Delivery within the European Union

Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days, depending on the destination country

5. Shipping Address

Please carefully check the shipping address provided at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
