Refund policy
At Wally’s Vintage, we are committed to providing you with a high-quality shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we have established a clear and simple returns and refunds policy.
1. Legal Right of Withdrawal (Within 14 Days)
You have the right to change your mind. In accordance with the law, you have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of your parcel to return a product, without having to provide any justification.
Product Conditions:
To be accepted, the returned product must be in the exact condition in which it was sold: it must not have been worn (except for brief fitting), washed, and it must have our tag attached and, if possible, be returned in its original packaging.
Shipping Costs:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (for EU and non-EU purchases) (see section 4).
2. Commercial Return Policy (After 14 Days)
Once the 14-day legal withdrawal period has expired, delivered products will be considered compliant and accepted.
However, we understand that exceptions may occur. For this reason, Wally’s Vintage reserves the right to assess, at its sole discretion, return requests received after the expiration of the 14-day period.
For a late return request to be considered, the customer must first demonstrate (for example, with clear photos) that the following conditions are fully met:
The item is in identical condition to that at the time of sale.
The “Wally’s Vintage” tag is still attached and intact.
The original packaging is present and in good condition.
If, and only if, the request is accepted by us, the following rules apply:
Shipping Costs:
All shipping costs, including both the original shipping and the return shipping, are 100% the responsibility of the customer (for EU and non-EU purchases).
3. Options in Case of an Accepted Return
When a return is accepted (whether within 14 days or beyond), we offer the following options:
Store Credit:
The refund amount (initial and return shipping costs excluded) can be converted into a store credit, credited to your customer account and valid for 3 months.
Refund:
You may also request a refund. Only the cost of the returned product will be refunded; initial and return shipping costs are not included in the refund (except in cases described in section 4). We will do our best to process the refund within 7 days of receiving the return.
4. Return Due to an Error on Our Part
If the return is due to an error on our part (item not matching the description, undisclosed defect, or incorrect item sent), Wally’s Vintage will cover all shipping costs (both for the return and any replacement shipment).
Once the return has been received, you may choose between a full monetary refund or a store credit (coupon) of equivalent value to be used for future purchases.
5. How to Make a Return
